This is a continuation scene from Episode 176, however, Anjali is a divorcee. There is NO Shyaam in this.

"Naani! Mujhe lagta hai ki Chhote Khushi ji se pyaar karte hain!", squealed Anjali.
"Humein bhi yahi lagta hai!", replied Naani with equal enthusiasm.
"Dekhte hain! Abhi Akash ke Haldi ki taiyaari kar lete hain!", said Anjali to which Naani nodded and they made their way to the pooja room.
After a while the haldi ceremony had started and all the family members were applying haldi on Akash's face and body. NK was roaming around with his handycam shooting every bit of the ceremony.
Anjali applied haldi on Akash and turned to see Arnav coming down the staircase talking away on his Bluetooth device.
"Chhote!!!", she called out.
Arnav saw Anjali and decided to end the call. "Aman.. I'll call you back!", he said and cut the call.
He turned to Anjali.. "Haan di.."
"Are you sending the car to the temple?", she asked.
"Haan!", he replied.
"Ek minute ruko!", she said and turned to get a basket of flowers. She walked back to Arnav and handed it over to him.
"Ye tokri bhi bhijwa dena!", she said. Arnav nodded in a 'yes'. He turned to leave when suddenly Anjali called him again.
"Chhote! Ek second ruko! Ek kaam aur hai!", she said and picked up a pooja ki thali and handed it over to Arnav.
"Ye thali bhi bhej do... Wo kya hai na.. HP aaj bohot zyada busy hai haldi ke kaamo mein!", she said.
Arnav glared at Anjali. One of his hand had the basket of flowers and the other had the thali. He finally turned to leave when again Anjali called him.
"Chhote!"
Arnav turned and the next thing that happened was Anjali had applied Haldi on his left cheek not giving him a moment to pull back.
Anjali grinned and said, "Ye kaam bhi ho gaya!" and limped away to the remaining preparations.
Arnav glared at Anjali's retreating figure and sighed.
--
Khushi got off the auto with a bag of Akash's clothes for the function as a gift from the Gupta family and made her way to the main door of Shantivan.
"Ghanti baja ke yahi chhod doon? Akash ji will get his clothes and I won't have to see that Laad Governor's face either!", she spoke to herself.
She looked up at the main door which opened and Arnav came out with a basket in one hand, pooja ki thali in the other and haldi on his cheek.
She glared at him and so did he. She then noticed the haldi on his cheek and giggled.
"Hasna band karo!", ordered Arnav. She controlled her laugh only to start off again.
"Gaal pe haldi laga ke aap bikul cartoon jaise..", she said with a giggled as Arnav cut her off and said "Stop it!"
Khushi made a straight face and looked at Arnav and soon she started giggling again.
Arnav quickly handed the basket of flowers to Khushi and bend down to her and rubbed his cheek on hers applying haldi indirectly. She gasped at the closeness.
He pulled away to see her eyes closed and she was breathing heavily.
"See.. Ab hasi ruk gayi!", he said with a smirk on his face.
She opened her eyes and looked at Arnav who was smirking at her. He took back the basket from her and crossed her to go out.
He turned back to her and said, "If I were in your place Khushi.. I wouldn't have laughed like this, especially when I do not have the guts to complete the challenge!"
She did not dare to look at him as he continued, "You remember the challenge.. Don't you?", he asked.
Flashback
"Tum har wo kaam nahi kar sakti jo main kar sakta hoon!", he said with her duppatta wrapped around his palm.
"Nahi.. I can..', she replied nervously.
He gently tugged on her duppatta pulling her closer to him.
"Tum kuch bhi kar sakti ho na? To chhuda lo apna duppatta!", he said and he pulled her even more close.
She closed her eyes due to the proximity.
"Jo main karunga.. Kya tum wo kar paogi?", he asked.
She nodded her head in a 'yes' nervously.
"Lagi sharth?", he asked. She nodded her head in a 'yes' again. He soon bridged the gap and dropped a kiss on her cheek.
Her eyes popped out and she turned to look at him. A smile adorned his face. She pushed him away taking her duppatta.
"Maine kaha tha na! Nahi kar paogi!", he exclaimed with a smirk. She quickly ran away from the room.
Flashback ends.
She turned to look at him. He smiled and said, "Last evening I gave you a ...", he was cut off by a loud shriek of his annoying cousin NK.
"KHUSHI JIII!!!"
Arnav glared at him for ruining the moment.
He came out with the handy cam.. "Khushi ji! Arey wah! Dulhan ki behen.. Dulhe ka bhai! Dono ek saath", he squealed.
She looked away as NK continued, "Aapke gaal pe bhi haldi, Nannav ke gaal pe bhi haldi.. Apne bhi apne ghar par haldi ka match khela kya?", he asked.
Khushi looked down nervously.
"Batao na! Yahan pe bhi hua!", squealed NK as Arnav glared at him.
Khushi quickly gave the packet with Akash's clothes to NK and said, "Ye Akash ji ke liye!"
"I'll leave now!", she said and was about to turn.
"Oh no no! Main aapko iss main door se bye kaise bol sakta hoon?", he asked.
"Nanhe ji.. I need to go to the temple! I will see you in the evening!", she said.
"Okay Khushi ji..", he said sweetly and went inside the house. Khushi turned to leave and banged into Arnav who was standing behind her all the while.
"Aap gaye nahi?", she asked.
"Chalo.. Main bhi wahin ja raha hoon!", he said.
Anjali came out that moment, "Chhote! Khushi ji!", she exclaimed.
"Chhote.. You still haven't sent the items to the temple?", she asked.
"Di.. I'm leaving!", he said.
"Khushi ji.. Aap andar aaiye..", said Anjali.
"Nahi Anjali ji.. I need to leave.. I have to go to the temple!", she said.
"Theek hai! Chhote.. You take her with you and bring her back! The jeweller is coming.. You can also select something Khushi ji!", she said hiding her smile.
"That's not needed Anjali ji!", she said.
"Please Khushi ji!", she said with a pout.
Khushi smiled, "Okay!"
Arnav walked away as Khushi followed him to the car. Arnav quickly put the basket and the thaali on the back seat and opened the passenger seat door for Khushi. Khushi got on. He tucked her duppatta in and shut the door, got onto the driver's seat and zoomed off to the temple.
On the way to the temple, Arnav and Khushi kept glancing at each other from the corner of their eyes.
"My feelings are really eating me up. I'm so dependent on her presence in my life. I've fallen in love with Khushi!", Arnav thought to himself.
"Ye dhak dhak or acidity mujhe maar daalenge. Upar se ye Laad Governor; Ye itne ache se baat kar rahe hain humse!", thought Khushi.
Finally, the car came to a halt. Arnav got off and went to the passenger seat and opened the door for Khushi. She got off and picked the pooja ki thali from the back seat and Arnav removed the basket of flowers and they walked up the stairs of the temple.
Arnav and Khushi walked to the pandit ji.
"Ye lijiye! Anjali di ne bheje hain!", said Arnav handing over the basket of flowers to the pandit ji. He then turned to Khushi and took the pooja ki thali from her hand slightly touching her hand.
Khushi looked here and there and passed the thali. Arnav gave that thali to pandit ji.
"Arnav ji.. You carry on.. I will finish my pooja and come to Shantivan!", said Khushi.
"You wait here.. I will get the pooja ki thali from the shop. You can do your pooja and we'll go home together.", he concluded.
"Par..", she trailed off only to be cut off my Arnav.
"I'll be back!", he said and rushed to the stall downstairs to get a pooja ki thali.
After a few minutes panditji spoke, "Khushi bitiya.. Tum dono ki bhi shaadi ho rahi hai kya?", he asked.
Khushi's eyes popped out and she replied, "Nahi pandit ji.."
Suddenly a husky voice announced, "Abhi maine baat nahi ki hai pandit ji!"
Khushi turned to see Arnav with a pooja ki thali and a smirk on his lips.
"Chalo, Bohot jald ho jayegi beta! Khush raho tum dono!", said the Pandit as blessings. He took Khushi's thali from Arnav's hand and turned to do the pooja.
Arnav's hand had sindoor on it.
"Ye?", she asked pointing to his red hands.
"The first thali fell off my hand! I need to wash off my hands!", he replied.
"Umm.. okay!", she replied as she saw him smile at her.
Khushi's cheeks turned to a shade of crimson. They were heating coz of his gaze.
Khushi quickly folded her hands and closed her eyes to do a quick prayer to her devi maiyya. Arnav smiled and stood beside her.
Once she finished with her offerings, she took back the thali from the pandit ji which had the Prasad and turned.
"Mujhe nahi dogi?", he asked with a slight smile.
"Aap nahi kha sakte! This is not sugarfree!", she informed.
"Thoda chalega!", he replied sweetly.
"Gimme your hand!", she said.
"You already have my heart.. Uske saamne haath kya cheez hai!", he winked.
She blushed slightly. He opened his mouth in an 'AA' and said, "Khilao! My hands are dirty!"
She quickly fed him a small bit of laddoo, her finger's grazed his lips. He smirked as her cheeks turned crimson.
"Chalein?", he asked.
She nodded in a 'yes' and walked away silently. Arnav grinned and followed her to the car.
Khushi quickly sat in the car and waited for Arnav to come but he did not turn up. She got off the car and looked around for Arnav.
"Arnav ji! Kahan hai aap?", she shouted.
She went to the temple and searched. She was not able to find him. Tears started brimming in her eyes.
"Arnav jiii!!!", she shouted as her tears fell out of her eyes.
"Kya hua Khushi?", he asked as he ran to her as he saw her crying.
She crushed herself into him and hugged him close. He wrapped his arms around her petite waist.
"Kahan chale gaye the aap? Hum kitne dar gaye the!", she said between her sobs.
"Main haath dhone gaya tha Khushi. Please don't cry! Tumhe kya laga? Main tumhe chhod ke chala gaya?", he asked with a slight smile at her fear of him not being around.
Khushi broke the hug and looked at his smile. She pushed him away.
"Aapko mazaak lag raha hai? Aur khabardaar aapne kabhi aisa kaha ke aap mujhe chhod ke chale gaye! Samjhe aap?", she questioned him with anger.
Arnav understood his way of saying was wrong so he gently held Khushi's hand.
"Sorry! Ab rona band karo! I'm not leaving you anywhere! I can't!", he said and pulled her to him and hugged her tight. She tried to pulled back but her tightened his grip. She gave up and hugged him.
Her sobs were negligible. Arnav dropped a kiss on her hair and broke apart.
"Ab chalein?", he said looking into her eyes with a smile.
She looked at their position and blushed hard. She quickly nodded and sat in the car. Arnav smirked and made his way to the driver's seat.
He started driving stealing glances at Khushi, whereas Khushi was not at all able to look at Arnav.
"Khushi!", he called out.
"Ji!", she replied still not looking up at him.
"Look at me!", he ordered.
"Nahi... Aap kahiye.. Hum sun rahe hain!", she replied.
"Nothing!", he said and continued to drive.
"Arnav ji! Could you drop me home? Humein Buaji aur Amma ki madad karni hai! Aur waise bhi.. sham ko to hum Shantivan aa hi rahe hain!", she requested.
Arnav quickly turned the car towards Laxminagar. After a silent drive he stopped outside Gupta House.
"Hum chalte hain!", she said and got off the car.
"I'll see you in the evening!", he said with a slight smile to which she blushed a little.
"Ji!", she replied as her cheeks turned to a shade of crimson and ran into the house.
In the evening at 6 p.m.
Khushi entered Shantivan along with Amma, Buaji and Payal for the Pooja with a pile of gifts in her hand.
Arnav stood there behind Nani and Anjali to receive them at the main door. Suddenly Khushi's hand slipped and the gifts were about to fall when suddenly NK held onto the gifts.
"Khushi ji!!! Dijiye na.. Main aapki help karta hu!", butted NK before Arnav could go for her rescue.
Arnav gritted his teeth in irritation and silent fury which was very well noticed by Anjali and Naani. Anjali giggled and walked over to Arnav and pulled him to the side.
"Chhote! Agar tumhe unse pyar hai.. To bol do.. kya pata koi aur unhe le jaye!", she said and walked off.
"What the! Koi aur? And i will kill that koi aur!", he murmured.
"Khushi jiii!!!", squealed NK in excitement to which Arnav glared in anger.
"Ji Nanhe ji! Kahiye!", replied Khushi softly.
"Ye aapke haath ko kya hua?", said NK. Arnav's glare went on her hands. They were empty.
"Wo orange color ki chudiyan nahi thi humare pass! To humne socha baad mein khareed lenge!", she replied.
"To main khareed ke lata hu!", he said and ran outside the house, off to buy bangles for Khushi.
Arnav was talking to Aman over his Bluetooth. After he finished the call, he walked towards Khushi where Anjali also stood.
"Di! Mujhe aadhe ghante ke liye baahar jaana hai! I'll be back soon!", he said while eyeing at Khushi whether she heard him or not.
"Theek hai chhote!", replied Anjali. Arnav looked back at Khushi who did not say a word and nor did she look at him. He walked out of the house.
After a while,
Arnav entered the house with a packet in hand and the first thing he did was look for Khushi but unfortunately couldn't find her anywhere. NK was roaming around with the camera and the others were getting things ready for the pooja.
He went upto his room. He found Khushi sitting by the poolside trying to wear orange colour bangles.
"NK!!!", he murmured and gritted his teeth.
"Aaah!!!", came a shriek.
Arnav looked over at Khushi whose wrist was bleeding. He dropped the packet on the bed and ran over to the drawer and removed the first aid box and rushed to Khushi.
"Khushi!", he called out as he gently held her hand in his.
She looked up at his worried eyes.
"Dekh ke nahi pehen sakti? Agar chudiyaan tumhari size ki nahi thi.. To pehni kyun? Dammit! Kuch ho jata to? Tumhari nass kat jaati to?", he said in worry.
"Wait!", he said and brought his mouth to the glass piece which was got stuck inside and pulled it out with his teeth.
Khushi glared at his worried face while he got out some cotton, soaked it in some antiseptic and wiped the wound making her hiss in pain. He gently blew over it, placed a piece of clean cotton and started bandaging it.
Khushi smiled at his worry and the care he had provided. She dropped a kiss on his cheek. Arnav closed his eyes as he felt her soft petal like lips on his stubble cheek. She pulled back and looked away.
"Hum sharth jeet gaye!", she said.
Arnav smirked and tied the last knot of the bandage.
"Khushi!", he called out. She looked up into his chocolate orbs.
"Main tumhare liye kuch laya tha! Bed par rakha hai! Jaakar dekh lo! And meet me downstairs in the pooja!", he said and quickly got up and left the room.
Khushi walked into the room from the poolside and saw the packet lying on the bed. She opened it to find a box. She opened that and found orange-golden bangles.
She smiled, then blushed.
"Arnav ji humare liye choodiyan lene gaye the uss waqt!", she wondered to herself. She gently slid those bangles in her wrist without hurting the wounded part.
She raised her arms in front of the mirror and smiled at the reflection. They were a perfect fit.
Downstairs,
Arnav stood alone by the pillar when Akash came and stood beside him.
"Thank you bhai! Agar aapne aur Khushi ji ne wo suicide wala plan na banaya hota to Payal ji aur main kabhi saath nahi aa paate!", he said and hugged Arnav to which he reciprocated.
Akash then broke apart and spoke, "Pyaar bhi kya ajeeb ehsaas hai na bhai! Ki aap jisse pyaar karte ho aur agar usse dard ho ta aap seh nahi paate... Aur..", he trailed off.
"Aur?", asked Arnav curiously.
"Aur uski aankhon mein agar aansu dikhayi de to aap bardaasht nahi kar paate!", replied Akash.
"Aur?", asked Arnav again.
"Wo aapke saath na ho to, uska khayal aapke saath rehta hai! Agar wo kuch chahe to aapka dil chahta hai ki unki har khwahish poori kar dein!", replied Akash.
Arnav smiled as her drifted into all the past memories of himself and Khushi.
"These feelings make you crazy! Aur unse baat...", said Akash to be cut off by Arnav who completed his sentence, "Karne ko dil karta hai!"
Akash looked up at his bhai who was in thoughts with a sweet smile on his face.
"Bhai? Kya aapko kisike pyaar hai?", asked Akash in a whisper.
"Khushi!", he replied absentmindedly.
Akash grinned to himself and thought not to disturb Arnav's thoughts and walked away.
Suddenly Arnav realized what he said, so he looked up to give an explanation but unfortunately or fortunately Akash had gone away.
Dhak Dhak
Dhak Dhak
Arnav looked up at the staircase and saw Khushi descending down. He looked at her wrists but she had worn her dupatta in such a way that it was covering everything.
Dhak Dhak
Dhak Dhak
Arnav walked over to Khushi and gave a slight smile.
"Shukriya!", she said sweetly lifting her hands showing him the bangles.
"Anytime!", he replied.
He continued, "Ummm.. Khushi.. Kya tum mere saath baahar chalogi? Hawan ke baad?", he asked.
She lowered her lashes with a pink blush rising on her cheek.
"Ji!", she whispered.
Arnav gently touched her hand with his and entwined his fingers with hers to which she tightened her grip.
Their hands were hidden by her dupatta as they stood next to each other holding hands.
Soon the hawan was over and Arnav silently guided Khushi outside the house without anyone noticing. He opened the passenger seat door for her and she got in. He shut the door and got into the driver's seat and zoomed off.
On the journey..
"Aap humein kahan le ja rahe hain Arnav ji.. Wo bhi itni raat ko?", she asked.
"Kyun? Darr lag raha hai?", he asked with a smirk.
"Aapke hote hue darrne ki humein koi zaroorat hi nahi hai!", she confessed genuinely to which he smiled.
Arnav stopped the car with a jerk after a short drive which made Khushi look up at him. But she turned away again.
Arnav got off the car and went to her side and opened the door. He gave her his hand to hold and get down which she did.
"Where are you taking me Arnav ji! Please bataiye!", she requested.
"Khushi! Do you trust me?", he asked.
She nodded in a yes'. He escorted her to a secluded place where all around there were cherry blossoms.
"This is so beautiful!", she gasped as she looked around and twirled.
He guided her to a bench nearby. "Baittho!", he said.
She sat and he sat beside her. He gently took hold of her hands.
"Khushi.. I don't know how to start with this.. But aaj jo bhi hua mandir mein.. I know you feel the same as I feel for you! I never really knew what love is! But if these feelings between us is love then I have no regrets in admitting that I love you! I have loved you for a very long time now, just that I did not realize it earlier! You have always been a special part of my life Khushi. When you are not near me, I feel restless. I want to have you in front of my eyes all the time! I want to see you, the first thing when I get up in the morning and the last when I fall asleep. I want to keep you with me, in my arms. I want to love you, cherish you and pamper you all my life!", confessed Arnav.
Khushi smiled at his honest confession.
"To aap humpe kabhi gussa nahi karenge?", asked Khushi with an innocent smile playing on her lips with a pout.
Arnav smiled, "Kyun? Tum chahti ho ki main tumpar gussa karoon?", he asked.
"Haan.. Kyunki humein aapke gusse ki aadat pad chuki hai! Aapke pyaar ki aadat nahi hai humein!", replied Khushi.
"To pyaar ki aadat daal do.. Gussa mujhse ab aur nahi hoga!", replied Arnav.
She looked down.
Arnav got up and walked along with Khushi to a place where the sky was dark and they stood with each other at the railing.
He wrapped his arms around her waist and kept his chin on her shoulder with her back touching his chest.
"I love you Khushi!", he whispered.
"Hum bhi aapse pyaar karte hain!", she replied in an utmost whisper.
Suddenly the sky was filled with firecrackers.
"Kitna khoobsurat hai!", she squealed.
"Tumse kam!", he whispered and collected her hair to one side which exposed her neck. He dropped a wet kiss on the crook of her neck. Her hand held onto his which were placed on her tummy.
"Arnav ji..", she moaned.
"Hmmm..", he hmmed and continued to drop kisses along her neck and turned her around.
Arnav turned her around and cupped her face and made her look at him. Khushi looked up at him shyly and he leaned in and kissed her. At first, Khushi was still, but then she melted in his touch.
Arnav pulled her close. Her body crashed into his and she wrapped her arms around him tightly.
He moved from her lips to her neck, Khushi moaned. She tugged on his hair as he trailed wet kisses along her neckline.
"Khushi!", Arnav whispered against her lips. Khushi pulled back and caught her breath. Her chest heaved as she looked at Arnav, who stared into her black orbs.
"Will you marry me?", he asked.
She nodded in a 'yes'.
Arnav pulled her into another fierce hug and tugged on her waist. She held onto his waist coat and closed her eyes feeling the love and the warmth in his embrace. They walked back to the bench after a while.
"Main hum dono ki families se baat karna chahta hoon aaj, agar tumhe koi problem nahi ho to?", he asked.
"Ji!", she nodded when she realized she forgot to give NK the potato chips he had requested her to make.
"Hey Devi Maiyaa.", she shrieked.
"Kya hua Khushi?", Arnav asked.
"Humne Nanhe ji ke liye Aloo ke chips banaye the. Wo hum unhe dena bhool gaye!", she hit her hand on her forehead.
Arnav stared at her with wide eyes.
"Aap humein aise kyun dekh rahe hain?", she asked.
"Don't bring NK into the conversation Khushi!", he retorted.
"Arey.. Arnav ji.. Aap gussa kyun ho rahe hain?", she asked.
"Bas.. Tum uss NK se door raha karo!", he said.
"Aapko jalan ho rahi hai?", she asked with a giggle.
"Mujhe jalne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai!", he replied.
"Wo to wakeyi mein aapko jalne ki zaroorat nahi hai!", she replied with an honest smile to which he smiled back.
Suddenly Khushi's phone buzzed. Khushi broke away and looked at the phone. It was Bua ji. She took in a deep breathe and picked the call.
"Titaliya.. Kahan ho?", asked Bua ji.
"Bua ji.. Wo hum kuch kaam se baahar aaye the!", she replied.
"Kya kaam tha? Itna zaroori ke tum hawan chhod ke chali gayi?", asked Bua ji.
"Bua ji.. Aap log ghar jaiye! Hum thodi der mein aate hain!", she said.
"Dhyaan se aana!", said Bua ji.
"Ji Bua ji!", replied Khushi and cut the call. She looked at Arnav who was looking at her with all the love in the world.
"Arnav ji! Humein chalna chahiye!", she said.
Arnav's face fell.
"Ab iss mein upset hone jaisi kya baat hai?", she asked.
"I wanna be with you!", he replied.
Khushi cupped his face. He closed his eyes feeling her soft palms on his stubble cheek.
"Arnav ji.. Bas kuch dino ki baat hai.. Uske baad hum aur aap humesha ke liye saath honge!", she said with a smile.
"Par..", he spoke only to be cut off by Khushi.
"Hum kal milenge!", she said.
"Kal? Pakka?", he asked.
"Haan!", she replied.
She continued, "Ab aap humein ghar chhod dijiye!"
"Chalo!", he said and they walked to the car hand in hand. He quickly dropped a kiss on her forehead before he helped her into the car.
Arnav dropped her home and drove back to Shantivan.
Arnav walked the length & breadth of his room all night, thinking furiously. Suddenly his phone buzzed, Khushi'
He smiled and picked up the call.
"Hi Khushi!", he said.
"Aapne dinner kiya?", she asked.
"Haan!", he replied.
"Aur medicines?", she asked.
"Le liye!", he replied.
There was silence on both ends.
"Tum kal aaogi?", he asked.
"Ji!", she replied.
"I miss you Khushi!", he said.
She giggled and replied, "Ab hum phone rakhte hain!"
"Good Night! I love you!", he said.
"Good Night!", she said.
"Aur?", he asked.
"Aur kya?", she asked teasing him.
"I love you?", he asked.
"Haan.. wo bhi!", she said and cut the call. Arnav smirked to himself at her shyness.
"Khushi Kumari Gupta! I'll catch you tomorrow!", he promised himself.
The next day, Khushi had come over to Shantivan as Anjali had called her for selection of sarees and jewellery. She sat beside Anjali looking at the sarees and jewellery.
"Khushi ji! Aapko kaunsi saree pasand hai?", asked Anjali.
"Ummm..", she looked over the sarees.
Arnav came downstairs and saw Khushi looking at the sarees and Anjali sitting beside her with Naani.
"This was the right time to tell them about me and Khushi!", he thought to himself. He walked over and stood behind Khushi. Anjali looked at Arnav and giggled.
He bent and dropped a kiss on Khushi's hair in front of everyone.
"Tum kab aayi?", he asked.
Khushi's eyes popped out as she realized what he did, that too in front of the family.
"Main.. wo..", she said nervously looking away from everyone.
"Di.. Naani.. Mujhe aap logo se kuch kehna hai!", he said settling on the sofa next to Khushi.
"Kya bolna hai Chhote?", asked Anjali with a wide smile.
"Khushi and I love each other!", he said casually.
Khushi's cheeks went red with embarrassment. She looked down not being able to look up.
"Arey wah! Ye to bohot achhi baat hai!", squealed Naani.
"Haan Chhote!", squealed Anjali.
Anjali held Khushi's chin and made her look up.
"Arey Naani.. Khushi ji ko dekhiye! Ye to bilkul laal ho gayi hain!", said Anjali making Khushi blush even more.
"Naani.. Main aur Khushi shaadi karna chahte hain!", said Arnav.
"Haan.. Obviously.. Bina shaadi ke saath thodi na rahoge aap dono!", retorted Anjali.
Naani picked up the cordless landline and called Laxmi Nagar.
"Hello.. Madhumati ji! Hum Devyani bol rahein hain!", said Naani.
"Arey Devyani ji! Kaisan hain aap?", asked Bua ji.
"Hum theek hain.. Wo hum aapko phone isliye kiye rahe, hum Arnav bitwa ke liye Khushi ka haath maangna chaahat hai!", said Naani. Khushi blushed as Arnav gently held her hand.
"Devyani ji, humein to koi takleef nahi hai. Par hum Khushi bitiya se baat karke hi batana chahenge!", said Bua ji.
"Madhumati ji, Khushi bitiya yahin hai, Arnav bitwa aur Khushi bitiya ek doosre se prem karat rahe!", said Naani.
"Arey wah! Phir to koi pareshaani nahi hai humein!", replied Bua ji.
"Badhiya hai! To hum aaj hi shagun lekar aawat hai shaam ko!", said Naani.
"Accha hai! Hum intezaar karenge!", replied Bua ji.
"Arnav Khushi ko ghar chhod dega thodi der mein!", said Naani.
"Ji theek hai!", replied Bua ji as Naani cut the call.
Arnav selected 2 plain georgette sarees for Khushi.
"How is it?", he asked Khushi.
"Beautiful!", she replied with a faint blush.
Arnav's phone buzzed, he picked up, "Yeah Aman!"
He excused himself and walked up to his room.
Anjali teased Khushi for a while and then went to the kitchen. Naani retired to her room, Khushi walked her to her room and came back.
"Khushi ji.. Humara phone humare room mein hai! Kya aap le aayengi?", asked Anjali.
"Ji Anjali ji!", replied Khushi and walked upto Anjali's room. She quickly picked up Anjali's cell phone and walked out.
A pair of arms pulled Khushi into the room. Her eyes shut out of fear. She gently opened them and looked around. She was in Arnav ji's arms in Arnav ji's room.
"Arnav ji! Ye aap kya kar rahe hain? Anjali ji humein dhoond rahi hongi!", she sighed.
"Shhh.. You're my wife! And I have all the rights to keep you here with me!", he whispered huskily in her ear sending shivers down her spine.
He dropped wet kisses on the crook of her neck and pushed aside her kurta off her shoulder. He gently bit her soft skin on her shoulder making a red mark.
"Aah!", she sighed feeling a mixture of pain and pleasure. He continued to drop kisses on her neck.
"I'm not your wife yet!", she sighed and tried to get out of his hold.
He broke apart and looked her in the eye.
"Let's run away and get married tonight? What say?", he said with a wink.
"Hawww!", she pouted. Arnav swooped down and smacked his lips on hers.
He started nibbling on her lips. She parted her lips to which he soon plunged his tongue inside. The kiss was full of passion and desire. Khushi tugged on his hair as he bit her lower lip. He pushed her against the wall and trailed wet kisses along her neck line.
"Ummphh..", she let out a throaty moan.
"Khushi! Let's get married today!", he whispered as he broke apart.
"Arnav ji! Humaari shaadi Akaash Jijaji aur Jiji ke saath ho rahi hai!", she informed.
"Really?", he asked.
"Naani ji ne humse abhi kaha!", she replied.
"I love you damn it!", he whispered and dropped a kiss on her forehead. She closed her eyes feeling his love.
"Hum bhi aapse I love you damn it!", she whispered with a giggle.
Arnav smiled.
"Arnav ji.. Aap humein ghar chhod denge?", she asked.
"Tumhe poochhne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai! You just need to order!", said Arnav with a wink.
"Chalein?", she asked.
Arnav nodded and guided her outside.
"Khushi ji! Nannav!!! Di just told me! Congrats both of you! Aap dono ko Musibat!!!", squealed NK with joy.
"Musibat nahi Nanhe ji! Mubaarak!", laughed Khushi.
"Yeah.. Wohi.. Same to same!", replied NK.
"Nanhe ji.. Hum chalte hain!", said Khushi.
"Bye Khushi ji!", replied NK.
"Come back soon Nannav mere bhai!", said NK with a wink. Arnav hid a smile and gave a stern look and followed Khushi outside the main door.
They sat in his SUV and drove away to Lakshmi Nagar. Soon his car came to a halt outside Khushi's house. Arnav got out first and helped her out.
They stood hand in hand outside the house.
"Shaadi ke baad main tumhe khudse kabhi door nahi hone doonga.", he said.
"Hum aapse door hona bhi nahi chahte.", she replied.
"I love you Khushi Kumari Gupta!", he murmured.
"Singh Raizada!", she whispered.
He smiled and pecked her forehead gently promising her a lifetime of happiness and togetherness.
